Got a question, spotted an error, or want to work together? Reach out. Below we spell out what we can help with and what we can't, so you don't waste a trip.
For now, email is the only channel we use for all contact. The address is:
Email: [email protected]
To help us act faster, if you're flagging a content issue, please spell out in the email: which page or which sentence it concerns, what you believe the correct statement is, and which official page or source backs it up. That makes checking much quicker on our end.
What you can reach us about
- Corrections and fixes. If a rate statement, calculation, link or wording is wrong, tell us. We'll check it, correct it once confirmed, and log it publicly on the corrections page.
- Content feedback and topic suggestions. If a cost-saving topic is missing or an article isn't clear enough, we'd like to hear it.
- Partnership and business inquiries. If you'd like to work together, write in and let us know what you have in mind.
- General questions. About the site itself, using the content, or citation permission.
What we can't do
A few kinds of request we can't help with, to say up front:
- No investment advice. We won't tell you what to buy, when to buy or sell, or whether to open a position. We only cover how trading costs are calculated and how to lower them.
- We don't trade for you. We will not — and would never ask you to hand over — your account password, API keys, verification codes or private keys, and we will never place orders, transfer funds or manage your account for you. Anyone claiming to be "FeeFlux" and asking for those is impersonating us; ignore them outright.
- We don't handle Binance account issues. Account freezes, KYC, stuck withdrawals, fund security and the like — contact Binance's official support. We have no authority and no ability to step in.
Anti-impersonation note: we only communicate through the single email above. We don't message you first, don't run support groups, and won't ask you to click a link to "claim a reward" or "verify your identity." Anything touching your account security should go through Binance's official channels only.
